DAYS: Thursdays and Fridays in July. Gardens and schedules vary each year, make sure to find current year guide book.

HOURS: Vary according to gardener’s preference. All open hours and days are listed in the Open Gardens Guide. Look for an Open Gardens sign to indicate a garden is open for visiting. If there is no sign, there is most likely an unforeseen reason for the garden to be closed. Please do not enter a garden without a sign.

GUIDES: $15. 2025 Guide will be available in Spring 2025, online and at select garden centers and shops.

Follow Open Gardens WNY page on Facebook, for updates!

Stow your Tours of Open Gardens Guide in the glove compartment and embark on a delightful summer adventure. Exploring gardens has become the quintessential getaway for idyllic days. Bask in their breathtaking beauty, free from crowds, as friendly gardeners graciously answer your questions. Most gardens boast generous expanses, sprawling across Erie and Niagara counties, with each one open for at least three occasions throughout July.

We've made planning your day a breeze. This year, the Guide has undergone a complete redesign! Feast your eyes on maps showcasing the gardens, listings of their open hours, and descriptive overviews—complete with garden features, collections, and captivating photographs.
